How does the Property Exchanger work?

1. Agents register using either the online registration form or they can print off a hard copy. Upon receiving the completed registration form a username and password are issued to access the system and an email sent from the system with login details. Once logged on, agents can register their listings.
2. As each listing is entered, the database automatically searches for potential trades and when matches are found, details are made available for both agents to take to their vendors for consideration. An email with details is sent to both agents instantly.
3. If both vendors agree to view each others homes, arrangements are made and if a trade is agreed upon, the process is just like any other sale and purchase transaction, with a cash differential if any, being paid to owners of the higher priced property.
4. If trades are not found when first registering, listings remain on the database and are searched every time a new listing is registered or an existing on edited.
