Interactive Internet-based database systems
We can work with a variety of tools including Microsoft technologies
such as ASP however we prefer the open source 'stack' of: Linux,
Apache, MySQL and PHP (referred to as LAMP).
These open-source technologies are commonly used and provide the infrastructure for many of the online systems today. LAMP is used by small sites and large enterprises alike and has a well-proven history.
PHP: Fast and reliable PHP is a leading language boasting a large array of web focused capabilities. PHP is an open-source, server-side HTML embedded scripting language used to create dynamic web pages.
MySQL: MySQL is the most common standardised language used to access databases and is defined by the ANSI/ISO SQL Standard. The MySQL Database Server is very fast, reliable, and easy to use. MySQL Server was originally developed to handle large databases much faster than existing solutions and has been successfully used in highly demanding and stable production environments for many years. Its connectivity, speed, and security make MySQL Server highly suited for accessing databases on the Internet for small, medium and Governments alike.
Apache web server: The world's most widely used operating system for web site hosting, Apache offers a secure, robust and extensible platform from which to serve your web sites.
